TUESDAY 2:14 PM · ATTIC 131°F
The callyou missed. The job you kept.
CatchSwift texts every caller you can't pick up for, within seconds, flags the emergencies, and puts the lead on your phone. Built for HVAC shops. Set up for you.
It goes to voicemail.
Dana's AC quits. She calls your shop. Your phone buzzes in your pocket, up in the attic.
Twenty seconds. No answer. Your voicemail greeting plays.
She hangs up before the beep. No message.
She searches "ac repair near me" and taps the next shop on the list.
Somebody there picks up on the second ring.
Booked for 4:00 PM. With them.
She gets a text in seconds.
Same call. Same attic. Same twenty seconds.
URGENT: Ridgeway Heating & Air - text from (512) 555-0147 (case 9K4M2P): "AC stopped cooling and it's 97 in here. We have a 4 month old." Call or text them back.
You climb down, read the alert, and call Dana back.
Booked for 4:00 PM. With you.

A 2-minute demo with sample numbers. The texts are word for word what CatchSwift sends.
Claim 1 of 3 founding spots. $0 setup, $97 a month for 3 months. Use it for 30 days. If it doesn't catch at least one $450 job for you, you pay nothing. We invoice your first $97 on Day 30.

What CatchSwift does with it.
Three missed calls in your log and one very annoyed customer.
One text to him, not three. One alert to you: he has called 3 times without reaching anyone, likely urgent, call back now.
Nobody tells her to get out of the house.
She gets this, instantly:
If you smell gas, see smoke or a CO alarm is sounding, leave the building now and call 911 from outside. We will call you as soon as we can.And your phone gets the message flagged URGENT.
On a voicemail line there is nothing to text back to.
Their words land on your phone with URGENT in front when they mention things like:
It sits in a mailbox you dial into at nine at night.
A text with their number, how long they talked, and a link that plays it. No dialing in, no PIN.
It rings out. In the morning they call whoever answers first.
No texts at night. They hear from your shop the moment your texting window opens, 8 AM by default, in your time zone. STOP, START and HELP are handled for you.
You can't count the calls you never saw.
One text with last week: missed calls, texts sent, customers who replied, voicemails, and what those leads are worth at your average ticket.
What missed calls cost you.
Your numbers, not ours. Move them until they look like your shop.
going to the next shop on Google. That's $0 a year. An estimate from your inputs, not a promise.
What CatchSwift costs.
- $0 setup $297 for the first 3 HVAC shops, and we pay the one-time texting registration fee (10DLC). $97 a month for your first 3 months.
- You own your texting account (SignalWire) and pay carrier usage at cost, usually under $20 a month.
- Use it for 30 days. If it doesn't catch at least one $450 job for you, you pay nothing. We invoice your first $97 on Day 30. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with one email.
- Done for you: your line, your texts, your hours, who gets alerts, and the carrier texting registration (10DLC), all set up and tested with you.
After the founding spots: $197 a month, $297 setup, and the one-time 10DLC registration fee at cost.
"What happens when I do pick up?"
Nothing. CatchSwift only steps in when a call goes unanswered for about 20 seconds, or when the caller hangs up before you get to it.
"Do I need a new number?"
No. There are three ways in, and we pick the simplest one with you:
- Keep your number and turn on your carrier's "forward when unanswered" to your CatchSwift line.
- Put a local CatchSwift number on your Google Business Profile and ads. Calls still ring your cell.
- Move your existing business number over.
"Will it text my techs, or blow up my regulars?"
No. Your staff numbers and toll-free numbers are never texted. Someone with an open request gets one text, not a text per call, and you get the alert instead. There's a daily cap, and anyone can reply STOP.
"Another app to learn?"
None. Everything arrives as a text on the phone you already carry. It sits next to whatever you use now: Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a paper calendar.
"What's 10DLC?"
It's the official US registration for businesses that text from regular local numbers. AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon block or filter business texts that aren't registered. We do the registration for your company with you. There's a small one-time fee, about $12 today, and for founding shops we pay it. Approval usually takes a few days, sometimes a couple of weeks.
"Who's behind this?"
Me. I'm Matte, I built CatchSwift, and I set up every founding shop myself. You email me, I answer. No call center, no ticket queue.
